phll's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phll account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phll does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phll makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phll from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
